Biography

 

With over 19 years of experience in accelerating personal and organizational change, Tracy Wallach guides corporations and non-profit groups toward smoother functioning. She helps them transform conflict into cooperation so that they can move forward with common purpose. Tracy also specializes in promoting productive communication among disparate elements of an organization and facilitating successful collaboration and teamwork.

Instead of merely teaching generic principles of effective communication and cooperation, Tracy discovers the hidden dynamics operating in a specific group, and designs and implements a program that helps those participants begin to interact more constructively. With better working relationships, team members feel more energized and committed to the organization, and performance improves.

Informed by a deep understanding of human dynamics, her approach helps produce an organization with greater clarity about goals, increased motivation to reach them and the mutual understanding and respect necessary for true teamwork. She is always guided in her work by the values of truth, respect, collaboration and passion for the work.

Tracy holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Smith College and a certificate in Organization Development and Human Resource Consultation from the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy. She has additional training in Appreciative Inquiry, facilitating dialogue, mediation, and conducting large group interventions. She is also certified in administering and offering feedback on the Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Inventory. A board member of the Boston Center of the AK Rice Institute, Tracy is also a member of the Consultants' Network for Excellence in Non-Profits, Future Search Network, and the New England Human Resource Association.
