This Emerging Leaders leadership development curriculum can be adapted to different formats. The online course is part of my personal and group leadership coaching packages. It can also be adapted to organizational training needs and combined with regular synchronous meetings. You’ll have the opportunity to meet and get to know your leadership coaching course cohort.

We’ll begin by answering the question “What is Leadership?”

Module 2:
An Introduction to Adaptive Leadership

You’ll learn how to discern between technical and adaptive challenges and begin to see yourself as an instrument for positive change.
